Hello! Exam fever is on! I'm so sorry i wasn't in church last Sunday. I was studying, yes yes not a good excuse but, i was studying. Haha.
Anyway, i want to share about something that i realized over the couple of weeks.
You know sometimes how much we talk about God, and praise his name?
You know about times when we ask ourselves who our God is?
You know the times when we ask people whether they really believe in this God?
I realized that i think it is time we stop asking these questions. We have to find out who our God really is.
I can tell you who my God is, but i can't tell you who YOUR God is.
And i think this is really true. The God i believe in, will not have the same image as the God you believe in. The same God, but different perspective. We worship and praise the same God but you and I, we have different walks with God. Different chosen paths and chosen lives place in us from the very start. Different outcomes of our lives, different pains and sufferings.
If i were to tell you that my God is the Almighty God capable of doing everything that he wants for you. And yet, you do not believe so because you've never experienced it. Then, you will never believe what i describe my God as.
I just wanna leave you throughout the week to think about where your God is in your life. Especially in this examination period, where things are tough, time management goes haywire. This is the time where God really matters most, whether we trust in him, whether we cast all anxieties to him.
My Cell group members, including leaders and mentors. I strongly urge you to think about where God is now. Is he beside you? Carrying you along the way? Or do you simply cannot feel his presence?
We as a cell group we have to help each other, to learn to carry each other burdens, to always be there to spur each other on. Therefore, any worries or pains they you are going through, share it with us, so that as a cell group we can help each other out. If you know you're straying from God, you're unable to reach out to him, then let us help you.
Rise up OAK!
Have a Blessed Week
