Hello guys!

Wah school holidays have started, so shiok. JOAN and JOYCELYN has o level chinese tmr though. get it over and done with, and after this no chinese for half a year. And KENNETH's term exams are after june holidays so this is more like a study break.

JOANNE's got her operation this wed, so everyone please pray for her. I guess it's mainly the pain after the operation right..and not being able to eat properly for 3 weeks. Nevermind sushi tei got miso soup to drink. haha. but removing TEN teeth is seriously no joke.. :/ we'lll pray for a quick recovery.

Anyway i was thinking one day, why did God not allow us to have perfect memory. cos in the bible israel kept sinning again and again cos they forgot what God had done for them, in rescuing them from Egypt and all that.

So i asked someone. and he told me that people who have photographic memory actually wished they didn't have such good memory. photographic memory is basically very very good memory la. they can just glance at a long string of numbers and be able to recite it to you. real geniuses.

But the problem is when they want to forget a bad experience. they can't forget it. it replays very vividly in their minds. like can you imagine watching a horror movie and there's a scene that really scares you to death. then you can never forget it. so every time you walk into a dark room it replays so clearly in your head. wah that's terrible la.

maybe in heaven we'll have perfect memories la, cos every memory is a good one.
